Log in to https://secure.dol.wa.gov/home/ to get your WA driver license number(it starts with "WDL").

What should you do before you show up for your exam?

• Make sure you can successfully log in to the website of License Express. https://secure.dol.wa.gov/home/
• You must take your valid photo ID with you ( WAID, Passport, green card, etc)
• Make sure to thoroughly study the WA State driver guide before (see the WA Driver Guide)

What is the refund policy?

• You can get a refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.
• You'd still be charged if you show up having problems logging in the website of License Express, not being able to take the test.

Who is eligible to take the knowledge test?

• You must be at least 15-1/2 years old
• If you are under the age 18 and currently enrolled in driver's ed, you must have completed the classroom portion of the course.
• If you are under the age of 15-1/2, you can take the knowledge test, but cannot get a permit until you turn 15-1/2.

What can I expect for the test?

• 40 multiple-choice questions. You must answer at least 32 correctly to pass.
• The testing session is up to 1-hour long.
• You can take the test in multiple languages( English, Chinese, Spanish,etc)
• The test is done online via your own phone or laptop only in our office.
• You can not review the questions you answered incorrectly because the question bank is limited
